Every plan starts with a free trial. Your card is not charged until it ends, so you can try the service without paying anything. To avoid being charged, email us to cancel before the trial ends.
If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or annual, email us and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
We email a reminder before an annual plan renews. If it renews and you did not mean it to, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.
When you cancel, your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. We do not otherwise pro-rate partial periods, but if something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, tell us — we would rather fix it or refund you than keep money you feel you should not have paid.
Email us from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
